Delivery

 

All of our UK mainland orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or Hermes. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of taking the completed order.

After popular demand, we now ship worldwide. With that comes varied shipping costs depending on number of items purchased and where it is going. To manage this, we have set two Royal Mail (Parcelforce) options - International Standard and International Tracked & Signed. Although we have every confidence in the Royal Mail service, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels during transit. Both services aim to deliver between 5-8 working days.

Unfortunately, due to the varied cost, we cannot account for any import duty charges to your home country. This is only applicable to countries outside of the EU.

 

Returns

We have every confidence that our online store illustrates and details products as clear as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 28 days (including non-working days) of receiving the item. Postage charges incurred during this return process will be at the customers expense as we have not accounted for this within our costings. Products returned must be in the same condition as received, these will be returned to our stock for re-sale.

Exchanges

As with our returns policy, you are welcome to exchange a product for an alternative size or colour. Postage charges incurred during this return process will be at the customers expense as we have not accounted for this within our costings. Products returned for exchange must be in the same condition as received, as these will be returned to our stock for re-sale.

Refunds

Refunds can be accepted up to 10 days (including non-working days) from receiving the product. Products returned for a refund must be in the same condition as received, as these will be returned to our stock for re-sale. Refunds will be honoured, however we cannot return any postage charges incurred in delivering the product. Postage charges incurred during this refund process will be at the customers expense as we have not accounted for this within our costings.

 

Quality assurance

We strive to deliver a great experience when browsing our website and online store. We also ensure that every product shipped is checked and approved against your order. Should you receive any product in error or to a standard we would not consider sufficient we will of course support you and ensure we resolve the issue. Due to the various situations this could cover, we will handle each case individually with the aim to find the best solution in each case.
