Delivery

 

All of our orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or Hermes. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of taking the order.

International orders are sent with full tracking to the destination. This service typically delivers between 5 - 8 working days. Although we have every confidence in our shipping providers, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels during transit. We will however offer full support in tracking and resolving any items that incur a delay.

Unfortunately, due to the varied cost, we cannot account for any import duty charges to your home country. This is only applicable to countries outside of the UK.

 

Returns

We have every confidence that our online store illustrates and details products as clear as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 28 days (including non-working days) of receiving the item. Postage charges incurred during this return process will be at the customers expense as we have not accounted for this within our costings. Products returned must be in the same condition as received, these will be returned to our stock for re-sale.

Exchanges

As with our returns policy, you are welcome to exchange a product for an alternative size or colour. Postage charges incurred during this return process will be at the customers expense as we have not accounted for this within our costings. Products returned for exchange must be in the same condition as received, as these will be returned to our stock for re-sale.

Refunds

Refunds can be accepted up to 10 days (including non-working days) from receiving the product. Products returned for a refund must be in the same condition as received, as these will be returned to our stock for re-sale. Refunds will be honoured, however we cannot return any postage charges incurred in delivering the product. Postage charges incurred during this refund process will be at the customers expense as we have not accounted for this within our costings.

 

Quality assurance

We strive to deliver a great experience when browsing our website and online store. We also ensure that every product shipped is checked and approved against your order. Should you receive any product in error, or to a standard we would not consider sufficient, we will of course support you and ensure we resolve the issue. Due to the various situations this could cover, we will handle each case individually with the aim to find the best solution in each case.
